SAP Business Analyst

Rheinmetall Canada is currently looking for a SAP business analyst who, under the supervision of the Information technology manager, will be mandated to ensure the proper operation of information systems for organizational areas of the business such as finance, sales, supply chains and operations, logistics, quality and human resources (modules: FICO, SD, MM, PS, QM, HR). He will be responsible for supporting SAP improvement projects to optimize the company's business processes.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain and improve existing SAP solutions.
• Provide support to users and investigate reported incidents in order to resolve them.
• Support clients in defining their needs and challenges.
• Collaborate closely with the programmers responsible for the development and improvement of the applications.
• Perform the tests, document the resolution and communicate the changes to users.
• Support super users in the preparation and maintenance of training guides, procedures and instructions.
• Accompany clients in change management by providing functional support during deployments.
• Manage licenses and administer security accesses for the SAP system.
• Manage transport orders between development, quality assurance and production environments.
• Develop and update reports according to user needs and update system documentation.

Requirements

• Hold a technical or bachelor's degree in computer science.
• Have worked in the ECC6 environment.
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in critical application administration.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience related to the different logistics modules of SAP (MM, WM, SD, PM, QM).
• Have extensive practical experience in various implementation projects and/or support environments.
• Have a customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, and the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts.*

Assets

• Hold a IIBA or PMI-PBA certification.
