Create robust and scaleable services in a performance focused environment
Implement complex features based on specification
Maintain and transform already existing code and database
Improve system performance, proactively indetify technical debt
Actively participate in the desing of the application
Data modeling, high-throughput persistence, and query optimization

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

Completed Bachelor's degree in computer science, or comparable
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in .NET Backend and Database engineering
Expert in asynchronous programming, advanced LINQ optimization, and memory-efficient desing
Deep understanding of EF including explicit/eager loading strategies, interceptors, and compiled queries
Advanced expertise in relational databases, specifically indexing strategies, partitioning, query execution plans, and JSONB handling
Bonus Skills: Hands-on experience with database migration strategies in CI/CD pipelines and CQRS patterns using micro-ORMs like Dapper for fast reads. RTS game development
Very good English and Hungarian language skills, written and spoken (C1-C2 Hungarian is an advantage)
Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate good level of self-initiatives
Hands-on mentality, ability to work under pressure
Very good cooperational skills
Willingness to travel in Europe for business
