Simulation Engineer - Mechanical (m/f/d)

• Independent development of load case-specific calculation models
• Developing optimization proposals with your team colleagues
• Supporting R&D projects with computational modeling and simulation
• Creating presentations, documentation and presenting the results
• Coordination work with colleagues from the design and testing departments
• Review and interpretation of analysis results to ensure project accuracy and conversion into design proposals
• Supporting of internal design reviews
• Design of parts and assemblies in interior and exterior
• Creating technical concepts and specifications

• Succesfully completed university studies in the field of Automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, aerospace engineering or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience and profound knowledge in the field of FE simulation
• Mechanical development knowledge is an advantage
• Extensive knowledge of the tools of FE methods, in particular the common software tools Ansa and LS-Dyna
• Profound knowledge in the field of mechanical developments
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, CAD knowledge is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel internationally
