Specialist Application Manager (Atlassian) - Project Management Solutions (m/f/d)

Your tasks will include:

• Consulting internal departments in all questions regarding the implementation of requirements in the Atlassian environment (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Fisheye) or for other project management applications.
• Administration, configuration and further development of the responsible applications
• Customizing of the applications via low-code and no-code
• Efficient execution of incident and problem management as well as ensuring 2nd and 3rd level support for application related requests
• Management of IT projects in compliance with the specifications regarding time, content & costs
• Coordination of external service providers

• Successfully completed studies in (business) computer science or a similar course of study with an IT focus, or comparable training
• Professional experience in conception, operation and consulting in the Atlassian environment
• In-depth knowledge of the Atlassian applications Jira and Confluence required
• Professional experience in the digitalization and automation of processes
• Methodical knowledge and ideally certification in project management and ITIL
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working, as well as a high willingness to perform and learn
• Confident communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing
• Fluent in written and spoken English
