Specialist SAP Authorizations (m/f/d)

• Holistic takeover (insourcing) of SAP user and authorization management from the external service provider and responsibility for independent internal implementation
• Definition of future SAP authorization services used throughout the Group (future mode of operation) in close coordination with our business partners (FMO)
• Standardization, harmonization and documentation of Group-wide implemented SAP authorization concepts
• SAP authorization maintenance and implementation of projects in a heterogeneous SAP application landscape (ERP, BW, S/4, SEM, SRM, IDM, PO, Solution Manager, APO, HR, BO, ...)
• Contribution to and creation of audit manuals (audit trails) and review of compliance requirements with regard to authorizations
• Close coordination and cooperation with other IT Solutions departments as well as Group-wide and holistic support of our business partners in the central and specialist departments of the AG and the companies
• Coordination of external service providers
• Collaboration in 2nd/3rd level support

This position can be filled at the locations Berlin, Düsseldorf, Neuenstadt, Unterlüß, Kassel, Kiel and Bremen.

• Successfully completed studies in computer sciences, information technology, or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in the analysis, conception, reorganization and implementation of requirements in SAP user and authorization management
• Understanding of SU24 and SU25 functionality
• Industry experience in the defense and/or automotive sectors is an advantage
• Methodical knowledge (ideally with certification) in the areas of project management and ITIL beneficial
• Good verbal and written communication in German and English
• Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
