WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Support the technical training team for production and customer service technicians
- Prepare and organize training courses, including scheduling and personnel list management
- Handle procurement, packaging, and shipping of training materials
- Set up and dismantle training stations and provide support during training sessions
- Follow up after trainings to ensure effectiveness and collect feedback
- Perform general office tasks and manage transactions in SAP
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Experience in organization and administration, such as construction management, operations management, or project management
- Proficient use of SAP standard modules and MS Office applications
- Basic technical understanding
- Good written and spoken English and Romanian language skills
- Strong organizational skills and a reliable work ethic
- Willingness to travel occasionally
