WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Coordinate and organize technical training activities
- Work with technical experts to prepare training materials and presentations
- Research technical information and turn it into clear and practical training content
- Prepare and deliver training sessions on-site
- Support trainers and participants during training activities
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers and training partners
- Collect feedback and continuously improve training content
- Support training-related travel and organization
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Degree in Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a similar field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a technical, engineering, production or training environment
- Good knowledge of automotive CAN-bus systems and networks
- Structured, analytical and responsible way of working
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office; PLM/SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Good English and Romanian language skills; German is an advantage
