- Responsibility for winning strategic large-scale projects in the field of military logistics vehicles (capture management end-to-end)
- Leadership of cross-functional teams in the capture process
- Steering of complex bidding processes in close cooperation with Sales, Bid Management, Engineering, Finance and Legal
- Development and implementation of project-specific capture strategies with the goal of sustainable contract acquisition
- Definition of win themes, value proposition and differentiation strategies compared to the competition
- Identification and management of commercial, technical and political risks within the framework of bidding processes
- Analysis of market, competitor and customer requirements to derive strategic successs factors
- Preparation and presentation of management decisions at the top management level
- Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration or equivalent
- Several years of experience in capture management, bid management or strategic sales of complex systems, ideally in the defense industry
- Experience with structured capture methods, for example the Shipley Process
- In-depth knowledge of public procurement processes, ideally in a military environment, such as MoD, NATO or international tenders
- Experience in steering international consortia and partner structures
- Industry knowledge in the field of military vehicles, commercial vehicles or defense systems advantageous
- Strong strategic and commercial understanding, including pricing and business cases as well as contract models
- Very good English skills as well as good German skills; further languages advantageous
- High willingness to travel internationally
