Ansprechperson vor Ort am Empfang der Rheinmetall Academy für z.B. Teilnehmenden, Trainer (m/w/d) und Catering
Organisation sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Seminaren und Veranstaltungen
Bearbeitung des Academy Postfachs
Pflege der LMS Systeme: Erstellen von Teilnehmerlisten (m/w/d), Stornierungen, Trainingsmanagement, Buchungsstände und Wartelisten
Korrespondenz und Kommunikation mit Trainern (m/w/d), Änderungen und Teilnehmenden

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbar
Grundlegende Fachkenntnisse von Personalentwicklungsthemen
Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Eigenständige, strukturierte und engagierte Arbeitsweise
Freundliches und Dienstleistungsorientiertes Auftreten
Organisationstalent
