Als Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) sind Sie zuständig für die Empfangnahme von Kunden (m/w/d), Fremdfirmen und Besuchern (m/w/d).

Ihre weiteren Aufgaben:

Postvermittlung und Annahme von Paketen
Annahme und Weitervermittlung von Telefongesprächen
Einscannen und archivieren von abgeschlossenen Fertigungsaufträgen, Ablagemanagement
Raumverwaltung in Iffeldorf
Fahrzeugverwaltung und Organisation von Wartungsterminen
Bewirtung am Standort Iffeldorf
Beschaffung von Büromaterial
Führen und Pflege von Nachweislisten

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Büromanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung im Empfang, Office Management, Assistenz oder Kundenservice
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen Kommunikationssystemen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Professionelles und serviceorientiertes Auftreten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion
