Eigenverantwortliche, technische Betreuung komplexer Gewerbeimmobilien
Technischer Ansprechpartner von Mietern, Eigentümern und Dienstleistern
Leitung von komplexen Umbau- und Ausbauprojekten im Bestand

Diese Position ist in Düsseldorf zu besetzen.

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder Techniker / Meister (m/w/d) in den Bereichen Bauingenieurwesen, Technische Gebäudeausstattung, Facility Management oder Elektrotechnik
Berufserfahrung in der technischen Bewirtschaftung von Immobilien
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Interesse an neuen Aufgabenstellungen sowie hohe Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
