- Strategic planning and management of logistics, warehousing and transport
- Efficient organisation of the warehouse and continuous optimization of work and process flows, taking into account operational specifications and objectives
- Ensuring the smooth running of all logistics processes within our plant
- Development, implementation and maintenance of key figures and data analysis for performance assessment and optimization of processes relating to the movement of goods
- Organisational and disciplinary personnel responsibility, including personnel deployment planning
- Inventory monitoring and ensuring material availability
- Establishing lean management practices and coordinating and managing projects
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety, statutory warehouse and transport regulations, safety, accident prevention and environmental regulations
- Successfully completed training or studies in logistics or a comparable field
- Several years of professional and management experience in a comparable position in a manufacturing company
- Very good MS Office and ERP skills, ideally SAP
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Strategic thinking and action coupled with a pragmatic approach
- High level of teamwork, organisational, communication and motivational skills
- Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian and English
