Kaufmännische Abwicklung von komplexen nationalen und internationalen Kundenaufträgen und -projekten
Darstellung vertraglicher Inhalte in SAP sowie Planung, Überwachung und Pflege von Auftragseingängen, Umsätzen und Liquidität
Sicherstellung der vertragskonformen Auftragssteuerung, Belieferung und Rechnungslegung sowie Erstellung von Export-Dokumenten
Kooperative und koordinative Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden sowie Unterstützung im Forderungsmanagement
Unterstützung des Reportings innerhalb der Projekte

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z. B. Industriekaufleute (m/w/d)
Kaufmännische Berufserfahrung bspw. in der Auftragsabwicklung oder im Vertriebsinnendienst
Erfahrung in der Exportabwicklung und Kenntnisse im Bereich AWG/KWKG von Vorteil
Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office, insb. Excel, und SAP erforderlich
Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
