WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Support and expansion of the (virtualized) server and network infrastructure
- 1st and 2nd level support as well as solution of software and hardware problems
- Installation and support of PCs, notebooks, mobile devices as well as printers and scanners
- Connection of the locations to our cloud infrastructure
- Activities within the scope of IT security
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable training
- Experience in the installation and administration of Linux systems (client & server)
- Knowledge in the installation and administration of Windows systems (client & server)
- Experience in IT support as well as network knowledge
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Very good communication skills to work in a team
