Kaufmännische Mitarbeit im Auftragsmanagement
Erfassung, Prüfung und Bearbeitung von eingehenden Kundenaufträgen (m/w/d)
Angebotserstellung, Rechnungsstellung-, Prüfung sowie Reklamationsbearbeitung
Unterstützung bei der Planung, Erfassung und Pflege von Projektkennzahlen
Stammdatenpflege
Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Projektmanagement sowie Programm-, und Bedarfsträgern (m/w/d)

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, z.B. im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung und Controlling
Relevante Berufserfahrung im Projektcontrolling
Idealerweise Kenntnisse im öffentlichen Preisrecht
Sicherer Umgang mit ERP Systemen (AMS) sowie MS-Office
Analytische Denkweise, Zahlenaffinität sowie Verständnis für komplexe Produkt-, und Projektstrukturen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
