- Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft und der Datenpflege
- Mitwikung beim Einstellungsprozess
- Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen und Arbeitsverträgen
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation, Betreuung und Nachbereitung von Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen
- Vorbereitung von Powerpoint Präsentationen und Auswertung in Excel
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich HR, Personalentwicklung oder vergleichbar
- Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint
- Grundkenntnisse in SAP von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
Sie sind an einer Praktikumsdauer von mindestens 6 Monaten interessiert (Pflichtpraktikum von min. 6 Monaten vorgeschrieben - alternativ ist eine Kombination aus Pflicht- und freiwilligem Praktikum möglich).
