Unterstützung bei der M&A-Strategie und Marktanalyse
Identifizierung potenzieller Zielunternehmen und Erstellung von Unternehmensprofilen
Unterstützung des Project Management Office (PMO)

Das Praktikum ist ab dem 01.01.2027 zu besetzen.

Dauer des Praktikums: 4 Monate

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
Erste Praktika im Bereich Corporate Strategy, Beratung oder Investment Banking von Vorteil
Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie im M&A-Bereich sind wünschenswert
Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Analytisches Denkvermögen, hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
