Ideenmanagement: Mitwirkung bei der Konzeptualisierung und Umsetzung von Formaten und Prozessen zur Ideengenerierung (z. B. Design Thinking Workshops, Hackathons)
Innovationsportfolio: Unterstützung und Tracking der Innovationsprojekte von der ersten Skizze bis zum Prototyping (MVP Entwicklung)

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Laufendes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurswesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, Technologie- oder Innovationsmanagement oder vergleichbar
Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
Stark lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Die Praktikumsdauer soll mindestens 6 Monate betragen.

Die Werkstudententätigkeit ist für mindestens 1 Jahr zu besetzen.
