Entwicklung, Anpassung und Erweiterung von Steuerungsprogrammen für unsere Produktionsanlagen
Durchführung von Fehleranalysen (Troubleshooting)
Ursachenanalyse bei Störungen im laufenden Betrieb
Begleitung von Zyklenzeiten, An- und Umbauten sowie Modernisierungen (Retrofits)
Optimierung von Abläufen und Anlagen hinsichtlich Effizienz, Zuverlässigkeit und Sicherheit
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion, dem Industrial Engineering und der IT

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker oder Studium im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbar
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Elektrotechnik und Automatisierungstechnik
Sicherer Umgang mit Steuerungssystemen (z.B. Siemens S7 Classic, WINCC flexible)
Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (SAP, Lotus Notes, MS-Office)
Grundkenntnisse in SQL Programmierung sowie Simotion Scout von Vorteil
Erweiterte Kenntnisse in Robotik (z.B. Denso, ABB) sind wünschenswert
Verständnis für Safety und funktionale Sicherheit / Pilz Sicherheitstechnik
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Ausgeprägte analytische Vorgehensweise
