Bearbeitung allgemeiner arbeitsrechtlicher Fragestellungen im Tagesgeschäft einer internationalen Konzern-Holding (z.B. kündigungsrelevante Sachverhalte, Aufhebung von Arbeitsverhältnissen etc.)
Prüfung von teils komplexen Rechtsfragen überwiegend im Bereich des kollektiven Arbeitsrechts, aber auch im Individualarbeitsrecht
Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von (Konzern-) Betriebsvereinbarungen
Unterstützung bei der Vertragsgestaltung und bei der Überarbeitung von Vertragsmustern

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Überdurchschnittliches Ergebnis im 1. Staatsexamen
Nach Möglichkeit Wahlfach im Arbeitsrecht bzw. kollektivem Arbeitsrecht
Erste Erfahrungen und überdurchschnittliches Interesse am Arbeitsrecht
Sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit und hohe Zuverlässigkeit
Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
