Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Angebotsbearbeitung
Vertragsprüfung und operative Abwicklung von Aufträgen
Erstellung von Lieferscheinen, Lieferabwicklung und Rechnungsstellung
Verantwortlichkeit für Versand- und Exportabwicklung inkl. Zoll
Fakturierung des Auftrages
Überwachung des Zahlungseingangs im Abstimmung mit dem Bereichscontrolling

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und/oder technisches/wirtschaftliches Studium
Erste Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Arbeitsgebiet
Kenntnisse im Vertrags- und Kundenmanagement
Grundlegende SAP und gute MS Office Kenntnisse
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
