Erstellung von Transportunterlagen inkl. aller erforderlichen Genehmigungen und Zollabwicklung
Aktive Auftragssteuerung inkl. Kommunikation mit externen Dienstleistern und Kunden (m/w/d)
Organisatorische Aufgaben
Stammdatenpflege in SAP

Diese Stelle ist auf 24 Monate befristet.

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
Kenntnisse in der Vertragsabwicklung inkl. Kundenbetreuung
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie eine eigenständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung
