Kaufmännische Sachbearbeitung mit Fokus auf Beschaffungstätigkeiten und Materialeinkauf
Überwachung von Lieferterminen
Pflege von Stammdaten
Erstellung der Datenanalyse, Rechnungsprüfung sowie Aufbereitung von Preis- und Umsatzdaten
Bestellabwicklung, Lieferüberwachung und Sicherstellung von Lieferantenleistung sowie ggf. Reklamationsabwicklung inkl. Überwachung der fristgerechten Nacherfüllung
Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Angebotsanalysen
Mitarbeit bei der Auswahl von Lieferanten

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar Berufserfahrung
Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder im Bereich der Beschaffung eines Industrieunternehmens
Kenntnisse der operativen Bestellabwicklung
Sehr gute Anwendungskenntnisse in MS Office und in SAP (R3 MM)
Technisches Verständnis von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Strukturierte, selbstständige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie gutes Kommunikationsvermögen intern wie extern
