WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN

Überprüfung und Erstellung von Reisekosten im SAP System
Pflege des Zeitwirtschaftssystems im SAP
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und dem Aufbau der abteilungsinterner Kommunikation

Die Position umfasst 30 Stunden pro Woche.

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Erste Berufserfahrung im gesuchten Aufgabenfeld
Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
Gute SAP-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Modul R/3
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
