Importabwicklung für alle Fertigungsbereiche sowie Projekte
Selbstständige Abwicklung von Importvorgängen aus Drittländern
Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen zu Importvorgängen (z.B. Einkauf, Disposition etc.)
Berücksichtigung von rechtlichen Vorgaben bezüglich Zollrecht, Kriegswaffenkontrollgesetz, Sprengstoffgesetz und Waffengesetz
Zollabwicklung mittels ATLAS-Software von DAKOSY
Prüfung und Sicherstellung vollständiger und korrekter Importdokumentation
Erkennen von Unstimmigkeiten und proaktive Klärung

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Import von Gütern aus Drittländern
Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse des Zoll- und Zollwertrechts
Kenntnisse im Bereich reglementierter Güter wünschenswert
Sicherer Umgang mit SAP, Microsoft-Office und dem EZT-Online
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis erforderlich
Gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Verständnis für Zusammenhänge entlang der Lieferkette
