Erfassung von Materialien in das Warenwirtschaftssystem (SAP)
Identifizierung von Sendungen und Materialien
Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und Speditionen
Abstimmung mit Einkauf, Disposition und Materialmanagement
Kontrolle von verzollter Ware und sachgemäße Handhabung
Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für die Abwicklung von priorisierten Sendungen
Dokumentationen und Bereitstellung von Gefahrgutsendungen

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich in einem Industrieunternehmen
Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP, insbesondere mit den Modulen WM / EWM sowie den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Zweischichtsystem
