- Planning and facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retro and cross-team syncs as well as keeping agendas tight and outcomes documented
- Unblocking teams quickly, escalating with context and tracking to closure
- Mentoring teams on agile / lean practices, WIP limits, DoR / DoD, estimation and effective slicing as well as implementing Kaizen items from retros
- Maintaining team boards, defining, publishing delivery metrics and drive data-informed improvements
- Orchestrating dependencies across platform squads and vendors as well as preparing for release / CAB and freeze windows with the Release Manager
- Providing concise status, risks and decisions to Product / Program as well as keeping expectations aligned and surprises low
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach in engineering teams
- Proven experience with Scrum / kanban facilitation, impediment removal and conflict resolution
- Experience with comfortably operating in regulated / sovereign contexts where evidence and gates matter
- Strong facilitator and communicator across engineering, product and security
- Familiarity with CI / CD, SLOs, and gated releases
- Experience with multi-team platform programs and vendor coordination
- Very good knowledge of English written and spoken, German as a plus
