Leitung, Planung und Steuerung von konzernweiten globalen HR-Projekten sowie von HR-Streams in übergreifenden Wachstums- und Transformationsprojekten
Effiziente adressatengerechte Kommunikation zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten und Stakeholdern
Moderation und Durchführung von internationalen Workshops und Projektsitzungen

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Erfahrung in der Leitung, Planung und Steuerung von HR-Projekten
Operative HR Erfahrung, idealerweise im Feld des HR-PM innerhalb von Wachstums- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge klar und adressatengerecht darzustellen
Prozessanalytisches, lösungsorientiertes und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
Souveränes und professionelles Auftreten, auch im Rahmen von Eskalationen und kritischen Projektsituationen
Stark ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative und Motivation
Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie
Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
