WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschafslehre oder vergleichbar, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Tätigkeitsumfeld erforderlich
Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitsrecht, gängiger HR-Prozesse und HR-Systeme
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Strategisches Denken und Fähigkeit zur erfolgreichen Schnittstellenkommunikation
