Aufgrund des Wachstums unseres Servicegeschäfts wird das Controlling derzeit weiterentwickelt. Abhängig von der zukünftigen Aufgabenverteilung können folgende Themen zu Ihren Schwerpunkten gehören:

Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Einführung von Steuerungsmodellen und Kennzahlen für neue Geschäftsaktivitäten
Weiterentwicklung einer verursachungsgerechten Kosten- und Ergebniszuordnung im Servicebereich
Mitwirkung an Programmplanung, Unternehmensplanung und Forecasts
Konsolidierung und Analyse von Umsatzströmen und Deckungsbeiträgen
Unterstützung bei Projektkalkulationen und der wirtschaftlichen Begleitung von Projekten
Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und bei der Weiterentwicklung des Werkstattcontrollings

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
Erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Projektgeschäft, Service oder Aftersales
Sehr gute MS Office- und gute SAP-Kenntnisse
Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, in einer dynamischen Aufbauphase Prioritäten klar zu strukturieren sowie ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
