- Projektplanung und -steuerung inklusive Konzeption, Organisation und Umsetzung von Messeauftritten, Events und internen Veranstaltungen
- Koordination der Schnittstellen zwischen internen Teams, externen Dienstleistern (m/w/d) sowie Kunden (m/w/d) und Partnern (m/w/d)
- Erstellung und Kontrolle von Budgets, Timings und Ressourcen
- Logistikorganisation sowie Aufbau von Technik, Grafik etc.
- Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufs vor Ort während und nach der Veranstaltung
- Auswertung, Dokumentation und Lessons Learned im Zuge der Nachbereitung festhalten
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Marketing, Eventmanagement oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Veranstaltungskaufmann oder Kaufmann für Marketingkommunikation (m/w/d)
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement idealerweise im Event- und Messebereich
- Technisches Grundverständnis im Bereich Messebau, Veranstaltungstechnik oder Logistik
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusst sein
- Hands-on Mentalität und Eigeninitiative
