- End-to-end responsibility for customer requirements through to the technical validation of tracked and wheeled vehicles
- Review and coordination of customer requirements in the area of survivability
- Development, definition, and specification of system requirements in the area of survivability
- Supporting the project team from requirements definition through to technical implementation on the vehicle
- Managing subcontractors and communicating with customers both domestically and internationally
- Leading an interdisciplinary project team while assuming responsibility for quality, costs, and schedule
This position is available in Kassel, Kiel, or Hamburg.
- A successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or a related field
- Professional experience in the automotive or shipbuilding industries
- Experience in systems thinking is required
- Knowledge of requirements management is a plus
- Very good written and spoken German, as well as good written and spoken English
- Strong ability to work in a team
- A high degree of flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally for work
