Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Mail Platform Teams sowie Service Ownership für die konzernweiten E-Mail-Plattformen
Verantwortung für Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, eMail Gateways und eMail Security
Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Performance, Datenschutz und Compliance gemäß den unternehmensweiten IT- und Security-Standards
Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Provider sowie enge Koordination mit IT Security, Network, Workplace und Collaboration Services
Konzeption und Umsetzung von Modernisierungs- und Automatisierungsinitiativen im eMail-Umfeld auf Basis standardisierter ITIL-Prozesse

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit E-Mail- und Messaging-Infrastrukturen in großen Unternehmen oder Konzernen
Fundierte Praxis in Exchange On-Prem, Hybrid und Exchange Online sowie in E-Mail-Security-Lösungen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse zu Security, Identity und Compliance im Messaging-Umfeld wie SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DLP, Encryption, Anti-Spam, Anti-Virus und AD-Integration
Erfahrung in der Führung oder Koordination technischer Teams und externer Dienstleister
Domino- und Notes-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Führungsverständnis, das auf Vertrauen setzt und Mitarbeitenden Raum für Entwicklung und eigene Ideen gibt sowie klare Ziel- und Lösungsorientierung mit einer gesunden Portion Pragmatismus und Eigeninitiative
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft an nationale und internationale Standorte
