Mitarbeit bei der kaufmännischen Betreuung sowie dem Controlling von Bauprojekten und Immobiliengesellschaften
Eigenständige Auftrags- und Rechnungsbearbeitung
Mitwirkung an Quartals- und Monatsreportings (Forecast/Soll-Ist-Abgleich/Liquiditätsplanung)
Unterstützung bei Sonderprojekten sowie Übernahme von Aufgaben im operativen Tagesgeschäft

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Fortlaufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Immobilienwirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbarer Studiengang mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Rechnungswesen
Idealerweise erste Praxiserfahrung im gesuchten Bereich
Erste Grundkenntnisse im Accounting nach HGB und IFRS
Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Hohes Engagement, Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative
