Unterstützung in der Abteilung Compensation & Benefits im Rahmen von Vergütungs-, ESG, und Benefitsthemen bei folgenden Aufgaben:

Erstellung von Auswertungen
Unterstützung bei diversen Projekten
Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Präsentationen
Zusammenarbeit bei abteilungsübergreifenden Themen im Bereich Total Rewards

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Fortlaufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaft mit dem Schwerpunkten HR, internationales Management und / oder Organisationsmanagement oder vergleichbar
Kenntnisse im Bereich von Datenanalyse, KI und Programmierung
Hohe Zahlenaffinität
Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen IT-Systemen
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
Organisatorisches und betriebswirtschaftliches Grundverständnis
