- Unterstützung im Bereich HR Analytics beim Ausbau des konzernweiten HR
Reportings - Mitarbeit bei administrativen Tätigkeiten wie der Aufbereitung von Daten und Dokumentation von Prozessen
- Vorbereitung von Präsentationen und Request Templates
- Unterstützung bei visuellen Darstellungen in PowerPoint, BI, Excel, SF usw.
- Fortlaufendes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen/Controlling
- Erste Erfahrungen in SAP / SF wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse in MS Office insbesondere in Excel und PowerPoint
- Vorkenntnisse im HR- oder Controlling-Umfeld wünschenswert
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
