Unterstützung bei operativen HR-Aufgaben (Einstellung, Betreuung und Austritt von Mitarbeitern (m/w/d)
Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten wie z.B. Erstellung von Zeugnissen und Arbeitsverträgen, Stammdatenpflege in SAP, Veröffentlichung von HR-Informationen
Mitwirkung in und eigenständige Übernahme von HR-Projekten
Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Präsentationen (Excel und PowerPoint)
Unterstützung des Teams bei der stetigen Weiterentwicklung der HR Prozesse und Services

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Laufendes Studium, z.B. im Bereich BWL, Wirtschafswissenschaften, Psychologie
Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Word und Excel)
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
