Unterstützung im Betreuungsbereich von Praktikanten / Werkstudenten (m/w/d), aller Gesellschaften, am Standort Düsseldorf
Übernahme von administrativen und operativen Tätigkeiten z.B. bei Onboarding-Prozessen
Enge Kooperation und stetige Absprache mit dem Recruiting
Eigenständige Übernahme kleinerer Projekte
Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Willkommensveranstaltungen und Studentenevents

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Fortlaufendes Studium der Wirtschafts- / Sozialwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Rechtswissenschaften, Psychologie oder vergleichbare mit Schwerpunkt Personal
Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Human Resources wünschenswert
Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und Word
Grundkenntnisse in SAP HCM
Selbstständige, strukturierte und engagierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
