- Unterstützung im Rahmen des Eskalationsmanagements und Lösung komplexer Kundenanforderungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Steuerung von Lieferengpässen in komplexen Lieferketten
- Mitarbeit bei Auftragserfassung und Auftragsbearbeitung
- Pflege von Kunden- und Material Stammdatenpflege in SAP R/3
- Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Fachabteilungen
- Erstellung von diversen Berichten und Analysen von Kundenbedarfen und Kapazitäten
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Kommunikations-/ Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
- Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Kundenservice und Supply Chain
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
