Fortlaufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Psychologie, Human Resources oder vergleichbar
Interesse an Benchmarking und KI -gestützten Lösungsansätzen
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und Powerpoint
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Gutes Gespür für Daten und Zusammenhänge
Selbstständige, sorgfältige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
