Erstellung und Prüfung von Listen, Dokumenten und Präsentationen
Bürobedarfs- und Flächenplanung am Standort
Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Kontrolle externer Dienstleister
Unterstützung bei Standortbezogenen Projekten (Gebäude, Tools etc.)
Erstellung von Terminplänen
Projektierung von Modernisierung-, Umbau- und Reparaturmaßnahmen
Unterstützung bei der Einholung und dem Vergleich von Angeboten

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich BWL, VWL, Architektur, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
Erste Vorerfahrungen im Bereich Infrastruktur und Property wünschenswert
Gute Kenntnisse in Excel von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutsch - und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsvermögen
