Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Quartalsberichten sowie des Jahresabschlusses
Unterstützung bei der jährlichen internationalen Personalplanung
Anfertigen von Analysen und Präsentationen
Optimierung von Berichten und Reportingprozessen
Analyse von Daten in SAP-R3
Mitwirkung bei Projekten im Rahmen des Personalcontrollings

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Laufendes Studium im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
Interesse an den Bereichen Controlling und Personal
Gute Excel Kenntnisse
SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Selbständigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
