Unterstützung im anfallenden Tagesgeschäft bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen
Pflege und Konfiguration unseres Learning Management Systems (HR4You)
Allgemeine Unterstützung der HR-Abteilung
Unterstützende Tätigkeiten im Bewerbermanagement

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Wirtschafts-, Sozialwissenschaften oder vergleichbar, mit Schwerpunkt Personal
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Lernbereitschaft, organisatorische Fähigkeit und Teamgeist, so wie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und engagierte Arbeitsweise
Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Personalentwicklung, Success Factors (HR4You) und SAP von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen (insbesondere Excel)
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
