Vorbereitung und Organisation von Trainings
Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft des internen Weiterbildungszentrums und im HR-System SuccessFactors
Unterstützung bei der nationalen und internationalen Umsetzung der strategischen und operativen Personal- und Führungskräfteentwicklung
Kommunikation und Organisation von Seminaren
Erstellung von Reportings
Unterstützung verschiedener Aktivitäten im Bereich Weiterentwicklung für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte (m/w/d)

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Fortlaufendes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Psychologie, HR Management, Organisationsentwicklung oder vergleichbare Studiengänge mit Schwerpunkt Personal / Human Resources
Grundlegende Fachkenntnisse der Personalentwicklungsthemen
Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel)
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Eigenständige, strukturierte und engagierte Arbeitsweise
Spaß an Verantwortungsübernahme
Sicheres Auftreten, analytische Denkweise sowie gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
