- Administrative Unterstützung bei anfallenden Personalentwicklungsthemen
- Erfassung und Auswertung von Schulungsmaßnahmen in Excel
- Pflege und Verwaltung von Schulungen in unserem SAP-System
- Planung und Vorbereitung von Trainings und Seminaren
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschafswissenschaften, Psychologie oder vergleichbar
- Interesse an Themen der Personalentwicklung
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insb. Excel)
- Erfahrungen mit SVERWEISEN und Pivot-Tabellen wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr ordentliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
