Ihre Aufgaben:

Datensammlung und Verarbeitung im Rahmen des Projekt-Reportings
Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation und Ticketpflege im Jira und Confluence
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Unterlagen in Powerpoint, Word, Excel
Unterstützung bei der Toolpflege: Confluence, Erzeugung von Templates, Strukturen etc.
Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft, Übernahme bzw. Unterstützung in Sonderprojekten

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

Immatrikulation in einem Studium des Systems Engineering, Wirtschaftsing. oder vergleichbar
Zielorientierte und selbständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
