Test Centre Unterluess – EZU
Rheinmetall's own test site covers a total area of over 50 square kilometres. This makes the Test Center Unterluess (EZU) the largest testing and proving facility in Europe. Here, Rheinmetall conducts extensive trials of systems and components for national and international customers both from the military and civilian sectors.
Among other things, defense technology tests can be carried out in all phases of the product development process. Its core activities include determining technical characteristics, performance limits, functionality, and reliability as well as verifying maintenance and operational safety. The centre offers a range of state-of-the-art equipment and artillery positions.
