The contents of the following programs are specially adapted to different needs and serve different topics, for example the right cooperation with customers, concrete and realisable support especially for leadership questions, preparation for the assumption of the first leadership responsibility or modules for communication, appearance, method competence and entrepreneurial competence, which focus on practical realisability. We can also map all programs across countries as part of our international cooperation.
Additional trainee programs will be offered for certain specialist areas in which we see an increased need for junior managers in the future. Here, graduates are comprehensively prepared for their future demanding tasks in a combination of practical deployments, project tasks and training in methodological, social and specialist skills.
