WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Organize and manage technical training for production and customer service technicians
- Develop and document production line processes
- Prepare, compile, and share training materials
- Support participants and lecturers, including travel arrangements
- Instruct interpreters and training assistants
- Communicate with international clients and trainers
- Travel nationally and internationally for business
- Work with experts to create and improve training content
- Research technical data from PLM and SAP systems
- Translate technical terms from English to Romanian
- Get familiar with tracked vehicles
- Deliver and improve training sessions on-site
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Degree in mechatronics or automotive engineering
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a comparable position
- Knowledge of automotive CAN-bus systems and networks
- Good skills in MS Office
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
- Excellent English and Romanian language skills (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel
