Electromechanical Maintenance Engineer (m/f/d)

As an Electromechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will coordinate and support the maintenance of electromechanical systems and building infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, regulatory compliance, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical, heating, plumbing, and other facility systems and equipment
  • Lead and supervise maintenance teams, ensuring effective work organization and task completion
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of utilities, boiler systems, ISCIR/CNCIR-regulated equipment, and small-scale modernization projects
  • Liaise with tenants, authorities, contractors, and service providers to ensure efficient facility operations
  • Manage maintenance materials, equipment, and resources required for repair and maintenance activities
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health & safety, and other regulatory requirements, including documentation, permits, and reporting for the team
  • Promote a safe and healthy working environment for all employees
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Engineering bachelor's degree or similar
  • Technical background or relevant work experience is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, or similar industrial environment is preferred
  • Good communication, organizational skills and the ability to clearly explain maintenance measurements and tasks
  • Fluent Romanian and English language skills; German is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Organized, proactive, and confident in supporting operations
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with attention to detail
